Overview

Pran Foods is a subsidiary of PRAN-RFL group. Originally from Bangladesh, they are involved in production of over 200 agro-food products in 10 food categories that are delivered in over 145 countries.

Challenges
  1. As the brand was quite new in the Indian market, it lacked awareness among the audience.
  2. Pran Litchi and Pran Potata had scattered demand across the country.
  3. These two products had both direct & indirect competitors in the Indian Market, which highly affected the sales.
  4. Brand recall was a challenge due to multiple product entry in the similar categories.
  5. During the campaign we had to keep in mind the Covid-19 protocols in India.
Our Approach
  1. We proposed a new approach to give the brand a fresh look and feel.
  2. The ideas focused more on interactive content and motion content (video/gif form) to increase the audience’s interaction with the brand and drive up engagement.
